This role offers you the chance to work in a nurturing and innovative setting, teaching young people with a variety of needs including: Autism (ASD) Social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH) ADHD FASD Anxiety Communication and interaction challenges Cognition and learning needs Your role will involve creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive and achieve. As a part of this role, you will: Inspire and engage pupils through energetic and creative teaching approaches. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to deliver exceptional education standards. Regularly assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils, parents, and the wider team. Implement diverse teaching strategies and utilise resources that foster active learning and pupil participation. Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports the needs of all learners. Uphold and embody the school’s values by adhering to all policies and procedures with integrity and professionalism.
