Teaching Tomorrow is excited to partner with a fantastic SEND school in Dunstable in their search for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary SEND Teacher to start immediately. This role offers you the chance to work in a nurturing and innovative setting, teaching young people with a variety of needs including:
* Autism (ASD)
* Social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH)
* ADHD
* FASD
* Anxiety
* Communication and interaction challenges
* Cognition and learning needs
Your role will involve creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive and achieve.
As a part of this role, you will:
* Inspire and engage pupils through energetic and creative teaching approaches.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to deliver exceptional education standards.
* Regularly assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils, parents, and the wider team.
* Implement diverse teaching strategies and utilise resources that foster active learning and pupil participation.
* Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports the needs of all learners.
* Uphold and embody the school’s values by adhering to all policies and procedures with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working in the SEND sector
* A genuine passion for supporting young people with diverse needs
* Creativity, patience, and resilience in the classroom
