We are seeking a Creative Director for anindustry leading, beauty business.
A conceptual thinker with a passion for the pulse of digital culture and the ability to translatestrategyinto groundbreaking social firstideas, advocacyledcontent, product launchesand purpose driven work across all media.
Partnering with the Managing Partner on the business,to develop strongseniorclient relationships and gain a true understanding of the local business.
Creatively leading a small but prolific, talented, and trusted agency team, within a dynamic creative department.Bridging seamlessly with our in-house social content team.To expertly navigate, nurture and empower creative teams to produce effective, original, and meaningful,trail blazing ideas.To also lead by example and upon occasion, originate work themselves when the deadline is fast approaching and the ideas aren’t.
To exude a spirit of generosity and perceptiveness towards others in the agency. To actively encourage a community where diversity and inclusiveness is championedand represented in both the workplace and in the work which is created. To identify, creatively influence and navigate potential award-winning work. To retain a solution-led mindset.
Working closelyand collaborativelywith the Global ECDon the business,to ensure the toneand qualityof all communications are appropriate for the brand. Carefullyconsidering thelocalclients’ briefto resonate with the British public,whilstremaining respectful of the global brand aestheticand brand values.
