Assistant Food and Beverage Outlet Manager, required for a prestigious hotel, located in the outer Hatfield Heath area. Transport is required due to location and shifts.
In this role, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and enhance the operations of the key F&B outlets. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards across the Bar, Terrace, and Restaurant, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will also have a significant influence on staff training, operational procedures, and guest service excellence.
Key Responsibilities for the role of Assistant Food and Beverage Outlet Manager:
* Operational Management: Assist in managing day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational policies.
* Team Leadership: Support, motivate, and train the outlet teams to deliver exceptional service, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
* Guest Experience: Oversee guest interactions and service delivery, ensuring that each guest’s dining experience is outstanding.
* Quality Control: Monitor quality and consistency in food and beverage presentation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Inventory & Cost Management: Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management to maximise profitability without compromising quality.
* Event & Promotion Coordination: Collaborate on special events, seasonal promotions, and innovative service initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
* Brand Influence: Act as a brand ambassador within the outlets, ensuring that the hotel’s ethos and standards are maintained at all times.
What We are Looking for, for the role of Assistant Food and Beverage Outlet Manager:
* Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a busy Food and Beverage environment, with a strong background in managing multiple outlets such as bars, terraces, and restaurants.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrable leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Operational Acumen: Excellent understanding of F&B operations, including quality control, inventory management, and cost efficiency.
* Guest Focus: A passion for delivering impeccable guest service and an innate attention to detail.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, suppliers, and guests.
* Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to varying demands and schedules.
The salary for the Assistant Food and Beverage Outlet Manager is given as £30,680 / per annum / plus a share of the tips in addition. Transport is essential for this opportunity due to location.
