You will
Be responsible for:
1. Build plans and strategies for your brand based on analysis from market data, consumer and competitor insights to inspire and engage our BC and BB audiences.
2. Lead the local launch and activation of your brand: from Forecasting to Implementation and Localisation of concept and assets.
3. Determine the media strategy, ensuring we’re delivering plans against the right KPIs & measuring success.
4. Work closely and collaboratively with the commercial activation teams to drive growth and acceleration of the brands in salons.
5. Embrace a new marketing model with digital transformation at the heart.
6. Collaborate with multi-channel stakeholders in PPD both in the UK&I and multi-functionally within the brand team.
7. Forecast & align new launches sizing, manage A&P, build launches P&L with finance and monitor performance of the brand and the activations.
8. Develop a marketing education strategy to amplify advocacy and drive sell-in and sell-out in professional channels.
9. Be the voice of the local market for the international teams, sharing insights and feedback defending local interests.
You have
1. Strong understanding of consumer trends, shopper psychology & retail journey.
2. Strong analytical and data-first approach.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Passion for beauty, marketing trends and innovation.
5. Proven commercial sensitivity and business acumen.
