Position: Learning Support Assistant
Camberley
Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one and group support to primary-aged children
2. Implement individualised learning plans in collaboration with the teaching team
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Assist with classroom activities and ensure the well-being of each child
5. Collaborate with teachers and parents to support overall child development
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working with SEN children or as a Learning Support Assistant, especially those with additional needs, would be ideal but not essential
2. Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or related fields
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs
5. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide tailored support
