Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Orpington
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
As a Service Adviser/Receptionist, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team that focuses on delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for sourcing parts, arranging repairs through our workshop, and booking MOTs.
Reporting directly to the owner, you will support the business with all parts and service aspects to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard, delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
Key Duties:
* Dealing with incoming enquiries, booking services, repairs, and MOTs.
* Coordinating and liaising with the workshop to ensure the smooth running of the business.
* Preparing customer invoices via the DMS.
* Providing a high level of service to customers by understanding their requirements, responding to requests, progressing jobs, and providing advice.
* Obtaining quotes from third-party suppliers and ordering parts.
* Maintaining/updating DS with timely and accurate data.
* Dealing with parts returns, credits, and invoices.
* General admin duties.

* Excellent communicator - both written and verbal.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Personable, confident, self-starter able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to multi-task and remain calm in difficult or pressurized situations.
* Good working knowledge of DMS systems (training provided).
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Good administrative and organizational skills.
* Great team player.
