Do you have a passion for quality management and a knack for implementing effective change? Are you excited about ensuring compliance and leading quality initiatives on a global scale?
If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Quality Team as a Change Control and Quality Specialist at our Manufacturing Plant in Folkestone.
Join us in a pivotal role where you will:
1. Lead the European Change Control Program: Evaluate and manage temporary and permanent changes, ensuring they align with GMPs and applicable regulations.
2. Collaborate Globally: Work closely with functions across C&D to implement local, regional, and global quality change initiatives.
3. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing our change control program and maintain audit readiness.
4. Champion Quality Compliance: Support quality investigations, implement corrective actions, and foster a strong quality mindset within the organization.
5. Deliver Training: Provide coaching and guidance, ensuring all levels of the business are trained to support the QMS and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Educational Background: University degree in Science or Engineering.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Quality or Technical function within a regulated industry (FMCG, Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals).
3. Knowledge: Familiarity with MDD, MDR, ISO 13485, and ISO 22716.
4. Skills: Strong communication, data analysis, training delivery, and experience in leading change implementations.
5. Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

This role reports to the European Head of Quality, and works 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
