The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Mathematics to join our client's expanding Mathematics department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced teachers to make a significant impact on student outcomes and advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons tailored to diverse student needs.
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of the mathematics curriculum.
4. Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
5. Engage with parents and carers to support student achievement and well-being.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. A proven track record of impact in your teaching career to date.
5. A commitment to ongoing professional development.
