The Role
The role will see you joining a highly-regarded agriculture and rural estates team, deeply rooted in the rich landscape of Cambridgeshire and across East Anglia, dedicated to supporting agricultural businesses of all sizes for many years, and making a significant impact on the region's farming community. You will develop specialised expertise within the agricultural sector while working closely with farmers, landowners, and agri-businesses. Your caseload will encompass diverse work, including Sale and purchase of farms, landed estates, and rural residential property; Sale of land for residential and commercial development; The grant of leases for renewable energy projects; Management of rural property assets, including commercial leases, grant of easements, release of restrictive covenants, rural residential landlord and tenant and first registration of unregistered land.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 6 years PQE
2. You will have a deep understanding of agricultural law and strong, relevant experience
3. Experience in supervising junior fee earners and delegating work is desirable but not essential
