Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Salary: £28,000 + £1,000 bonus + Benefits including Blue Light Card
Hours: 37.5-hour week
Location: Emersons Green, Bristol, (free onsite parking)
We seek an IT Support Specialist to join a small but busy IT department who share responsibilities and knowledge. With a track record of promotion from within, they offer genuine career development and personal growth.
Working as part of a team, you will resolve user queries wherever possible at the first point of contact and within agreed service levels. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
1. Answering, recording and responding to all incoming calls and emails to the IT Helpdesk.
2. Analyse and resolve 1st/2nd line incidents from all areas of the business within agreed service levels whilst ensuring immediate resolution is achieved wherever possible.
3. Provide support for a range of hardware (PC's, laptops, printers, mobile phones, switches & routers) and user administration within Office 365.
Knowledge & Experience:
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products. Experience working with the administration of Office365. Proficient in hardware and able to support bespoke software following training. Proven ability to work to tight timescales and work both individually and as part of a team. As this is a remote support role, excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital.
Required: 2+ years' experience in an IT Helpdesk environment and be experienced in troubleshooting issues. Current full UK driving license is useful but not required.
