As a Functional Skills Tutor, you will:
1. Deliver engaging and interactive English and/or Maths sessions tailored to individual learning needs.
2. Help students build confidence in key areas such as communication, numeracy, and problem-solving.
3. Plan and adapt lesson materials to support learners at different ability levels.
4. Create a positive and supportive environment that encourages progress and achievement.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experienced Educator – Proven success in teaching Functional Skills English and/or Maths.
2. Organised & Reliable – Strong planning, time-management, and lesson preparation skills.
3. Student-Focused Approach – A commitment to helping learners reach their full potential.
4. Inspiring Communicator – The ability to engage, motivate, and boost student confidence.
