Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled D365 Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the implementation, enhancement, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of D365 capabilities, business processes, and excellent stakeholder management skills. They will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using D365 solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
2. Solution Design & Implementation
• Work with technical teams and solution architects to design D365 configurations that align with business needs.
• Support the end-to-end implementation of D365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Conduct gap analysis and suggest workarounds or customizations where necessary.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the primary point of contact between business units, IT teams, and external vendors/partners.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to align stakeholders on project goals and solutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and deliverables.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance
• Develop and execute test plans to validate D365 configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve issues as they arise.
5. Training & Support
• Create user guides, training materials, and documentation for D365 processes and functionality.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot issues and liaise with the IT team to ensure timely resolution.
6. Continuous Improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 updates, features, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing improvements and suggest enhancements to maximize ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
3. In-depth knowledge of D365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, CRM).
4. Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
5. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
1. D365 certifications in relevant modules.
2. Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
3. Understanding of integrations between D365 and other enterprise systems.
