We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join a secondary school in Portsmouth as an Outdoor Teaching Cover.
In this role, you will work alongside an experienced team in an environment where children are respected, listened to, and actively involved in decision-making.
The school is keen to hear from educators who can teach the UK curriculum and ideally hold QTS.
As a teacher at the school, your day will be varied and engaging; you will follow a flexible structure while supporting young people through bespoke, therapeutic educational frameworks tailored to each learner's needs.
This is a long-term, full-time position with potential to become permanent, offering competitive daily pay between £100 and £150 and working hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
To be considered, you should have at least one year of teaching experience in the UK, up-to-date safeguarding training (issued within the last year), and although QTS is preferred, it is not mandatory.
You must hold the right to work in the UK, possess an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the online update service (or be willing to obtain one), and provide two professional child-related references.
We also offer free, accredited CPD courses including safeguarding and behaviour management, supported by our in-house Training and Development Team.
If you are interested in this role, please apply with your up-to-date CV. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
We act as an employment business and education recruitment agency, and successful candidates will be required to register with us to fill this vacancy.
