About the Role:
• Position: Band 7 Sonographer
• Hours: Part-time, 24 hours per week
• Requirements:Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasound or Equivalent, HCPC registered.

Our Ultrasound Department:
• Team: A supportive team of sonographers covering general medical, obstetrics, and gynaecology ultrasound, including early pregnancy.
• Specialist Roles: MSK, neonatal hips and heads, head and neck, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.
• Development: We actively encourage and support role development and CPD.
Responsibilities:
• Report all your own work.
• Participate in the training of student sonographers.
• Travel to our other sites at Mansfield Community and Newark Hospitals.
Exciting Developments:We are creating a Community Diagnostic Centre at the Mansfield Community Hospital Site, and Ultrasound will be a key part of this development.
