Senior Reward Analyst Job ID 206528 Posted 13-Feb-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Data & Analytics, People/Human Resources Location(s) London - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Senior Reward Analyst The EMEA Advisory Services Total Rewards team operates within a matrix environment as a centre of excellence, with responsibility for the design and strategy of total rewards for EMEA Advisory Services and partnering with the Global Total Rewards team to apply global strategy on a local level. This role, reporting to the Head of Reward, International Advisory, will be responsible for supporting the Total Rewards team in the development, implementation and application of Total Rewards policies and programs. Principle Responsibilities: - Develop and enhance the provision of total rewards reporting, people analytics and insight, through the provision of high quality and accurate management information. - Ensure accuracy and integrity of People data in systems and tools. - Monitor market trends and benchmarks to ensure competitiveness across the total rewards portfolio. - Collaborate effectively with regional colleagues on policies, processes and practices to help ensure operational excellence. - Support of total rewards and people analytics projects, in partnership with internal specialist teams. - Support the continuous improvement, including harmonisation and optimisation, of total rewards policies, programmes, processes and practices. Requirements: - Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to present data in an insightful way. - Highly developed Excel skills (Power BI would also be advantageous). - Experienced in constructing analytical models, generating predictions, and identifying trends. - Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. - Exposure to People and Total Rewards activities in an international organisation. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present analysis in a clear and concise manner. - Resilience and tenacity to navigate complex situations and to work well under pressure. - Excellent attention to detail. - Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
