Our Voids team is essential to the smooth running of our business. Whether they are scheduling Voids works or addressing reactive issues, our team keeps the customer at the heart of our organisation.
About the role
We are looking for a customer-focused, well-organised & dedicated individual to join our team and help us achieve our social mission.
On the job, you will:
1. Ensure Voids work is scheduled and diaries updated
2. Ensure all reactive works are scheduled for completion
3. Maintain high levels of customer service
4. Contribute to ensure set KPI targets are met
5. Monitor workflows and assist with customer complaints/queries
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of people and understands the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to all our customers.
For this role, you will need:
1. Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
2. To be customer-focused
3. To be a dedicated team player with a drive for excellence
4. To hold a good level of education to NVQ LEVEL 3 or equivalent
You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
1. The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team
2. Good time management skills
3. Practical problem-solving skills
4. High level of attention to detail
