Working closely and providing support to the Account Managers. Strengthen client relationships by provide excellent customer service. Evaluate and address customer needs including product requirements. Onboarding for new clients / products. Identify and fill product gaps. Have a big focus on retention. Requirements : To be considered for the Customer Success Manager role 3 Years of proven experience in customer success role in the software / insurance industry. Knowledge of software development and full product lifecycle (advantageous). Experience of insurance broking business processes (advantageous). Experience in managing multiple parties including third party suppliers. The Package: £49,500 basic salary company bonus 25 days holiday bank. With ability to purchase more up to 30.
