Finance Manager
Location: London - office-based role.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong commercial and operational mindset to lead their finance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of managing multiple staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the financial operations of the organisation, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring their development and performance.
* Develop and implement financial and data driven strategies to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Utilise new digital / cloud based technology to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency across the group.
* Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is preferred.
* Proven experience in a finance management role, with a track record of managing multiple staff members.
* Strong commercial and operational acumen.
* Proficiency in financial software and technology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in the care sector in the United Kingdom is a significant advantage.

Salary: 45-50k/year Depending on experience
AL: 20 days holidays + 8 Bank holidays
