As our Health and Safety Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to safety primarily across our locality areas of the service delivery focussing on the repair and maintenance of our properties. You'll work with leaders and colleagues to ensure our health and safety practices and policies are not only met but embedded into our culture - helping our people thrive while achieving Bromford's business goals. To succeed in this role you'll need to have experience in a similar health and safety role, have a solid understanding of current health and safety regulations and be Level 3 NEBOSH certified or equivalent. You'll be comfortable communicating with others and being able to explain information clearly, and will have experience of designing and delivering effective and engaging training. A full UK driving license and the willingness to travel across our operational areas is a requirement of the role, as is a basic DBS and consumer check. Why Bromford?
