Senior School Improvement Manager
Lead and manage school improvement within Learning, Skills and Assessment teams to drive up standards and outcomes for pupils. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing school improvement plans
• Providing coaching and mentoring to school leaders and teachers
• Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and track progress
• Collaborating with other teams to share best practices and resources
• Building relationships with schools and stakeholders to promote improvement
• Identifying and addressing systemic barriers to improvement
• Evaluating the effectiveness of improvement initiatives
• Developing and delivering training and professional development programs
• Providing support and guidance to schools on improvement strategies
• Collaborating with other agencies and organizations to promote improvement
