Job Description
Our established client is looking for a hard-working administrator to join their team, provisionally as maternity cover.
Your daily tasks will include (but not be limited to):
1. Receive calls from customers and support with queries.
2. Assist with customer email enquiries.
3. Complete general admin duties whilst being diligent and compliant.
4. Complete notes/meeting minutes effectively.
5. Offer full support to customers and provide suitable resolutions.
6. General admin/data input.
Duration: This role is provisionally maternity cover, so the successful applicant can expect consecutive work for at least a year.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: This role pays £24,000 p/a. This equates to £11.54 per hour.
Working Hours: Hours are 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday.

Experience & Qualifications
Applicants for this role will need to have:
1. Experience working in an office/admin environment.
2. Minimum GCSE qualified, with Maths and English passed (or equivalent).
3. Good keyboard ability and experience with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
