This is ahybrid position with 3 days in the office 2 form home. Our clientis a growing multisited accountancy practice They have a good staffretention rate and offer a great work life balance.
This role issuited towards an experienced and technically competent PayrollManager or an experienced Payroll Administrator or PayrollSupervisor. The successful candidate for this Payroll Manager jobin Dover Kent will oversee the payroll for a diverse portfolio ofaround 130 clients and be a great support to the wider team andPartners. In addition to payroll there is scope to get involved inother areas such as CIS bookkeeping etc. during quieter periodssubject to your experience and interests.
Ourclient uses BrightPay software and theyre happy for candidates towork on a hybrid or remotebasis.
* Managemultiple payrolls for a diverse client portfolio.
* Supportthe team in respect of processes relevant to payroll and benefits.
* Managingqueries related to tax benefits salary allowances.
* ManagingP11D s and Annual Returns.
* CISReturns.
* ProcessingP60s P45s start letters and induction documentation.
* Autoenrolment processes.
* Act as amentor and leader to junior members of the team.
* Knowledgeof statutory pay claims and processes.
* Theability to help grow and develop the firm s payrolloffering
Requirements
* Demonstrableexperience of leading Payroll for a varied client portfolio. (150clients)

Thisposition will sit within a very experienced and large payroll teamso you will be surrounded by fantastic support. Experience withpractice/ bureau payroll software. You will be a technicallyproficient Payroll Administrator who has a minimum of 2 years ormore experience in Payroll. You must have accountancy practiceexperience or payroll bureau experience.
