We are seeking an experienced Dual Manager to oversee our two newly refurbished solo homes located in Wednesbury and Wolverhampton. This role is crucial for providing leadership and ensuring that both homes operate to the highest standards of care, particularly for young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of two residential homes.
2. Plan and deliver tailored support to meet the specific needs of young people.
3. Build and maintain effective partnerships with all internal and external stakeholders.
4. Develop, support, and motivate a competent team across both locations.
5. Ensure both homes comply with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards, including Ofsted requirements.
6. Effectively manage the budgets and resources of both homes.
7. Lead the development of structured environments that support positive development in young people.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Dual Manager or significant leadership role within children's residential care, specifically managing multiple sites.
2. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent, or actively working towards this qualification.
3. A full UK driver's license.
Skills:
1. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
2. Strong understanding of the care needs of young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
3. Proficiency in managing budgets and resources across multiple sites.
4. Ability to develop and implement effective care and developmental strategies.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively coordinating between multiple locations.
