We are recruiting an experienced Project Co-Producer to work with the Director of Programmes in a strategic capacity as the organisation enters a period of development. This is a fixed term 6-month contract with potential to extend (pending successful fundraising).

Hours: 10am – 6pm (flexible, occasional evenings and weekend work required)
Salary: £33,000 at 0.6FTE pro-rata (£1,650/month). NEST pension scheme
Fixed term: suggested May – October 2025 (start negotiable)
Following an intensive year of programme delivery, Offline have been awarded a Creative Scotland Open Project Fund to develop new artistic programmes, explore new and alternative models of governance and engage in organisational development.
The project involves these key elements:
* Offline are currently co-commissioning Michelle Williams Gamaker’s latest film project, ‘Strange Evidence’ which will premier as part of Glasgow International Festival of Contemporary Art 2026 (pending successful application).
* Supporting a mentorship opportunity with Michelle Williams Gamaker and two mentees, recruited via open call.
* Strategic development of the Artistic Programme in collaboration with artists and local communities.
* Data gathering and analysis of past programmes, audiences and potential membership.
* Ongoing development of the overall strategic aims and ambitions of Offline as we create a 5-year plan towards the development of permanent premises.
Job Description
Organisational role
* Responsibility for co-production of Offline’s CS Open Project Funded, 6-month development project in collaboration with the Director of Programmes.
* Reports to Director of Programmes and Board of Trustees.
* Support relationships with funding bodies, development partners, artists, freelancers and community members.
Organisational Development
* Responsibility for overall management of Offline operations, and to maintain effective and professional relationships with staff (including freelancers), partners and public.
* To pursue opportunities for the development of permanent premises at the Niddrie Road Warehouse and explore options for alternative sites on both a short, medium and longer term basis.
* To lead on the support and development of local and national organisational partnerships, through shared programming and development opportunities.
* To oversee the strategic development of the Offline Development and Fundraising plan and expand and direct the organisation’s fundraising efforts in liaison with the Board of Trustees, Director of Programmes, funding bodies and other stakeholders.
* Feed in to the next stage of the Strategy Development, exploring short, medium and long term goals.
Programme Development
* To support the Director of Programmes in the delivery of the Artistic Programme, including monitoring of project budgets and co-ordinating support.
* To support the development of an exploratory Outreach Program, including liaison with freelancers and partners on local audience and community engagement events.
Financial Management
* To ensure sound financial management of Offline – involving the preparation and monitoring of all budgets relating to the Artistic and Outreach programmes, special projects, operational, marketing and capital income and expenditure.
* To be financially literate, manage and ensure reserves are monitored and maintained.
* Through monitoring of monthly cashflow, explore the setting of appropriate targets from all income sources, earned and awarded, and develop strategies for achieving these targets through box office, public funding, fundraising, and commercial activity.
* To research and pursue funding opportunities in connection with the Artistic and Outreach Programmes in collaboration with the Director of Programmes and associated freelancers.
Marketing and Communications
* To support the Director of Programmes on the strategic development of the Offline marketing and communications plan, website development and press and PR activities.
Board of Trustees
* To report on the financial, strategic, artistic, and operational development of Offline to the Board of Trustees on a quarterly basis, and as required by the Chair of the Board on an ongoing basis.
Support for the Project Co-Producer
* Handover session(s) with outgoing Director of Operations Shireen Taylor.
* Monthly check in with Treasurer (and former Director of Operations) to support financial reporting.
* Tailored training and development opportunities.

Experience: Fundraising, Budget management, Experience working in the visual arts at a production, management or consultancy level, Timelining / scheduling project delivery, Reporting to funding bodies and stakeholders, Community engagement, Business planning.
Skills: Google Suite, Excel and budget management, Financial management tools such as Xero, Managing invoices and payments, business online banking and pensions, Effective use of scheduling and time management tools, Effective and timely communicator.
Desirable
Personal Traits: Interest in community development, Current or former resident of Govanhill and/or Glasgow’s South Side.
Experience: Working in a cultural organisation within Govanhill and/or Glasgow’s South Side, Experience of working on artist-led and/or DIY/community arts projects, Engagement with visual arts practice / curatorial practice, Website and comms strategy development, Experience with capital development projects, Reporting to OSCR, Strategic organisational development.
Skills: Driving licence, Website maintenance e.g. Cargo, Squarespace or WordPress.
