Domus are recruiting on behalf of a national provider of Health and Social Care, looking for a Deputy Manager (RMN or RGN qualified) to support a mental health and learning disability service. As the Deputy, you will support the Registered Manager and lead a team of Support Workers within a specialist service that supports support adults with mental health needs, Learning Disability and Autism The is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or highly experienced Team Leader. If you believe that people have a right to choose how to run their own lives with the right support, then we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager: Support the Home Manager with the running of the home and deputise in their absence Manage & supervise the preparation of Person-Centred Care Plans, Review & Assessments, implementing plans with the assistance of the care team.
