The Acute Response Team provides rapid, focussed OT assessment and interventions across 2 diverse adult in-patient settings: Older People's Medicine and General Medicine. No two days are the same, so if you like variety, this could be the role for you. The post holder will work as part of the Multidisciplinary Team and if at Band 4 level will manage a small delegated caseload of their own. Should you wish to apply as a Band 3 and progress to Band 4, we will encourage you to do so through completing the Foundation Degree programme as part of your role and then to complete the necessary clinical competencies to move up to Band 4 and work as an Assistant Practitioner. Main duties of the job We will support you to develop current/ new skills with access to in-service training and professional development. You will receive supervision and annual appraisal; have access to support and encouragement to take an active role within your own continuing professional development.
