We are currently working closely with one of our clients, a global face & body energy device company who are shaping the future by uniting aesthetics and dermatology in innovative ways, striving to achieve unprecedented results. They are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their UK team. This role will see you drive the marketing strategy for the UK and Ireland, collaborating with international and regional teams to elevate the brand impact. You will spearhead the shaping of the communication and product strategies, working closely with sales and product development to make a disruptive mark in the aesthetic industry. As well as being at the forefront of planning and managing industry events, you’ll also be the voice behind the social media, crafting engaging strategies, and executing lead generation campaigns that resonate with their audience. You will also establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources. The ideal candidate is a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who can bring fresh ideas keeping them one step ahead of the competition With a strategic mindset and a track record of designing and executing successful B2B campaigns. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing communication and product strategy for the UK, aligning with the Head of International Marketing, local management, sales, and product development. Organize and manage industry events. Manage trade and consumer publication outreach to maximize brand exposure and press coverage. Monitor competitor landscape. Develop and manage the marketing budget. Handle social media accounts, including quarterly strategy, content calendars, and campaign tracking. Set up, execute, and monitor monthly lead generation campaigns in the UK/IRE region. To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following job profile: A strong background in medical devices and/or in the aesthetic industry is required. Experience with Adobe Suite (including Marketo), WordPress, Salesforce and Canva. Strong analytical thinking skills. Creative mindset. Delivers results with multiple and complex projects.
