An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within Mersey Care's Organisational Effectiveness team.
We are looking for a new team administrator who understands Organisational Effectiveness/Development (OD) and can demonstrate how OE/OD runs through every aspect of their work.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting key administrative activities across our People Plan workstreams including areas such as Leadership, Culture, Engagement, Belonging, Anti-Racism, and Team Health.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will support key administrative tasks within our Leadership Workstream and other areas of our People Plan. This will include:
* Act as a point of contact for the OE Team, responding to email queries and signposting/escalating appropriately.
* Maintain and update a variety of relevant databases.
* Assist OE Practitioners with room bookings for meetings and events as required.
* Prepare and issue agendas and associated papers for meetings, taking meeting notes and updating action trackers.
* Support the organisation and technical delivery of seminars and workshops as required.

Job responsibilities
* Act as a point of contact for the OE Team, liaising with colleagues and other stakeholders.
* Maintain and update relevant databases.
* Provide accurate, well-presented documents using Microsoft Office packages.
* Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and monitor the day-to-day activities of the team.
* Process incoming correspondence and draft routine business correspondence.
* Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring the availability and setup of necessary tech and equipment.
* Minute meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Maintain filing systems and assist with archiving.
* Proactively improve administrative processes.
* Undertake a range of administrative tasks, including project work.
* Ensure records are managed in accordance with policy.
* Maintain good office practice and standards.

Knowledge / Experience
* Use of Microsoft Packages

* Experience within the NHS or related healthcare experience
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE standard
