HR Manager - Dunstable Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a HR Manager for our client in the Public Sector based in Dunstable. Salary: £38,000 - £44,999 (DOE) Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5:30 pm Location: Dunstable (with travel to other depots) Duties: - Providing an effective, high-quality HR support service for the company leaders, managers, and all employees.- Leading the HR team, providing expert professional advice and coaching to enable them to deliver employee relations, workforce management, and employee engagement activities across their areas.- Overseeing the management of all Employee Relations (ER) cases across the group- Providing professional, confidential, and consistent advice and guidance on all aspects of HR to employees at all levels within the group- Carrying out all aspects of the role in line with the group culture and values- Ensuring the student experience is kept at the heart of everything the HR Directorate does Requirements: - CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent- Experience in an HR Management role that reflects the equivalent level of knowledge will also be considered as a suitable alternative to meet the criteria- Extensive Employee Relations knowledge and practical experience gained through working in an HR Advisor role- Proficient in HR Systems and Microsoft- Excellent attention to detail with a thorough methodical approach to tasks- Substantial experience working in a generalist HR role and able to demonstrate the application of HR policy in practiceIf you would be interested, please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps.
