As a key member of the KP Snacks team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic development and profitable growth of our Tyrrells portfolio.
The successful candidate will have personal ownership for the management implementation of marketing plans & projects required to deliver business objectives.
This includes helping shape development and execution of annual growth plans via analysis of the market, consumer data & insight, and create excitement around the plans internally and externally through presentations & brand days.
You will lead, implement and monitor the assigned brand marketing plans to achieve sales and profit objectives, and work closely as part of a team to deliver results.
Liaising with Creative, Media, Design & PR agencies to support the delivery of the ATL & BTL marketing plan is also an essential aspect of this role.
In addition, you will input into and support the development and execution of NPD/Innovation programmes, including management for new core lines and formats, Limited Edition and Brand Partnerships.
Your expertise in managing brand performance, including internal P&L & external brand consumer metrics to generate insight-led actions and recommendations, is also highly valued.
