You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' homes are maintained to the highest standards, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer care requests efficiently and effectively. Carry out high-quality painting, decorating, and other maintenance tasks. Conduct inspections and assessments to identify necessary repairs or improvements. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients at all times. Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used. Requirements: Proven experience in painting & decorating within the construction or property development sector. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
