As a Mainstream Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team, where you will be liaising with the year 1 class teacher supporting pupils in a small group. Ideal Mainstream Teaching Assistant: Graduates who studied either Psychology, Criminology, Education Studies or Creative Arts are welcome to apply Has experience working with children in a school setting Has personal interests in supporting children and young people with special needs A positive, proactive, and patient individual who has a can-do attitude and is willing to learn Establishing good relationships with children, acting as a role model Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all children, supporting difference and ensuring that all have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.
