The Account Executive is a key member of the IWG account team, tasked with ensuring strong client service delivery, operational delivery and project management.
The role will encompass the support and delivery of ITG’s service, including WIP support, project management support, project briefing and support for the customer & ITG’s technology platform.
The role features a mixture of marketing projects from artwork, digital and technology automation. This would be achieved through the support of a content creation studio at ITG HQ, Birmingham, UK and our tech-based studio in the Netherlands.
This Account Executive role will sit within the Local Marketing team within the account structure and will be part of a team of other account managers and Senior Account Managers. You will report into the Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
* Give support on the daily WIP in conjunction with the ITG studio production team to ensure all customer deadlines are achieved.
* Support your team in the briefing process to ensure accurate and clear briefing into ITG production or tech teams.
* Support for QC on all outputs from ITG production team.
* Ensure consistent and accurate daily delivery of the ITG services provided to the customer.
Operational delivery:
* Ensure projects are adhered to critical paths set by the SAM.
* Support in the management of artwork, digital and tech projects through to delivery.
Customer Communications:
* Ensure that all customer communications are understood, actioned and communicated internally to the ITG production team.
* Appreciate on this account you will be dealing with different countries, different cultures and non-English native speaking clients so clear and strong communication is essential.
MRM Platform:
* Provide support for the customer on any matters concern ITG’s MRM platform.
Requirements
* Multi-channel marketing experience
* Fluent English speaker (other languages are a bonus)
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral
* Agency marketing experience desired
* Highly motivated and ambitious to learn more about high quality client management
* Strong organisational skills
