Executive Assistant
Full-time, permanent role (35 hours per week Monday to Friday)
The role will be office based x 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely x 2 days per week.
Holidays are 25 days plus Bank Holidays, plus your birthday off.

The salary on offer is circa £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus a very generous, annual bonus.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our client's team. Your role will be to provide professional, accurate, confidential and efficient support and assistance to the Chief Executive and the Executive Committee.
You will assist the CEO in the overall management of the organisation and across all aspect of the work and team, in order for them to do their jobs as effectively as possible.
Key Responsibilities
o Develop and maintain good relationships with members of the Board, Executive Management, managers and external stakeholders to the business.
o Keep informed, through discussion with the CEO and others, of live and forthcoming issues to spot linkages between activities to manage the diary and briefings effectively.
o Prepare and co-ordinate briefing material and presentations ensuring papers are present and available in advance of meetings, events and presentations.
o Provide assistance on a range of projects focused on the development of the new business strategy, involving leading on specific elements of project work.
o Manage and arrange the day-to-day logistics of the CEO's and Executive Committee diaries including meetings, briefings and presentations.
o Participate in professional development and networking opportunities that support this role
o Plan and organise promotional, business and social events, including but not limited to policyholder focus groups, corporate events and staff social events.
o Take an active role in Corporate Social Responsibility activities and promote this within the business.
The Person
1. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role and within the financial services / professional services sector would be an advantage.
2. Driven, proactive and efficient by nature
3. A completer/finisher orientated to results, with an infectious enthusiasm and can-do attitude
4. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills
5. Ability to co-ordinate projects when required
