About the Role
As the Clinic Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our clinic, handling both reception duties and team management. You’ll be responsible for maintaining efficiency, supporting staff, and ensuring a positive experience for both patients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Duties – Handling patient check-ins, bookings, and inquiries.
2. Team Management – Leading staff, conducting 1-1 meetings, team meetings, and ensuring daily checklists are completed.
3. Performance & HR – Overseeing sickness & holiday management, return-to-work meetings, disciplinary procedures, and annual staff reviews.
4. Daily Operations – Ensuring staff meet their responsibilities and maintaining a smooth workflow.
5. Communication – Acting as a key liaison between management and staff.
What We're Looking For:
1. Previous experience in a team management or coordinator role (preferably in a healthcare or customer-focused setting).
2. Strong leadership and organisational skills.
3. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and problem-solve.
4. Excellent communication and people management skills.
5. A proactive and hands-on approach to running a team.
