We're seeking to recruit a Senior Associate to join our "First-rate" (Legal 500) Construction & Engineering practice, focusing on construction-related disputes, including litigation, adjudication, and arbitration.
The Team
Part of one of the UK's largest construction practices, our Contentious Construction team works across key sectors, including energy, utilities, transport, real estate, and infrastructure, both nationally and internationally.
The team supports clients in navigating complex legal landscapes, utilizing experience across dispute resolution methods such as:
* International and domestic arbitration
* Pre-Action Protocol for construction and engineering disputes
* Litigation in the Technology and Construction Court
* Legal and contractual troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle
* Industry-specific procedures like Expert Determination and Conciliation
* Expert Determination
* Mediation
