About the role This is a varied role where you'll be providing Senior Personal Assistant support for our busy Executive Director for Community Protection and Emergencies (Chief Fire Officer). This will involve inbox and diary management, prioritising appointments, responding to and resolving complex enquiries, detailed minute taking and record keeping, organising events, high quality research and analysis, preparing reports and presentations, as well as administration and project support when required. Previous experience of providing executive level PA support is critical for this role. We're looking for someone who can work successfully to deliver complex tasks through multiple strands of work, sometimes under pressure, and produce meeting notes and actions to a high standard; this position will require strong planning and organisational skills.
