The Opportunity:
The Information and Support Supervisor will work 35 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, with a pattern of: Sunday 12-7pm, Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday 12-8pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-5pm.
The role involves providing front line support to students, staff, NHS staff and visitors of the University across a range of services including Library, IT, Student Finance and Student Administration. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service while offering face-to-face and online help and information to users while managing a high volume in-person and online enquiries, working flexibly in order to respond to shifting service need and resolving user queries whenever possible, passing on those which require more specialist help
