Our dedicated Revenue Management Team has the opportunity for a detail-oriented, commercially-minded Revenue Manager to fill their newest position!
Key Responsibilities
1. Price Management:
- Maximise revenue by making daily price changes using PRISM – the Sykes Revenue Management system. Each Revenue Manager is responsible for the performance of regions and divisions and must maintain a SWOT analysis for each. They must also clearly understand and provide feedback on the challenges facing their regions and make recommendations to improve performance.
- Owner of specific departure weeks, accountable for delivering the budgeted revenue. They must have a multi-dimensional view of the performance and potential challenges of the departure weeks to drive strategy within the team and across the business.
- Forecast sales and revenue targets for regions, brands, and divisions using SPHERE – the Sykes Forecast Tool.
- Manage the Short Break pricing strategy.
- Attend and contribute to the weekly Revenue Management Focus meeting to review performance and agree on strategy for departure weeks and regions.
- Represent the team in relevant meetings across the business.
2. Data Analysis and Report Building:
- Analyse data to create pricing strategies that directly affect EBITDA.
- Update and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management reports.
- Support process and procedure delivery in revenue management.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, providing insights into findings either regional or seasonal based.
- Identify and maximise opportunities while minimising risks.
- Integrate relevant acquisitions into daily processes.
3. Relationship Building and Team Partnership:
- Partner with teams within the business to maximise relationship opportunities.
- Engage and influence other areas of the business to drive revenue.
4. Projects:
- Support the delivery of Revenue Management projects.
- Drive innovation through new initiatives.
