We are currently representing a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating in both Residential and Commercial work, who are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their practice. The role will include undertaking a range of valuation and surveying work including Level 2 and 3, Red book Valuations, Bespoke Building Surveys, help to buy and probate. Working hours: Full Time or Part Time The successful Residential Surveyor, will be offered: Basic salary between £55-60K per annum 10% Commission on personal net billings OTE of £70,000 - £80,000 Car Allowance 5 weeks holiday 4 well-being days RICS fees paid Ongoing CPD Home based working role.
