Welder Required!
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am to 5pm
Pay: £14.50 per hour basic pay
Overtime: Fridays at £21.75 per hour
Busy periods may require up to 22 hours overtime a week due to workload.
Venatu Recruitment Group is currently looking for a Welder with basic Fabrication experience for our client based in Bridlington.
Overview:
* Working under strict Health and Safety guidelines
* Welding various Mild steel and structural steel construction products including Modular steel framing
* Fabricating steel for the Building Trade and construction industry
* Operating MIG - from 5mm to 12mm, General metal fabrication, including operation of Guillotine/Punch and other equipment
* Cutting, repairing, and assembling girders, beams, columns, and other building components to form complete structures
* Welding internal chassis
Qualifications/Experience:
* Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance
* Minimum 2 years of welding experience
* Basic fabrication experience
* Basic understanding of reading engineering drawings
* Physically fit as may need to perform some heavy lifting duties
