We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our supply team. Working through our reputable supply agency, you'll have the opportunity to gain experience across a range of schools, supporting children with their learning and development in an inclusive, dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Teachers in delivering engaging lessons, ensuring all pupils have the resources and assistance they need to succeed.
2. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them with their academic work, social development, and emotional well-being.
3. Assist with classroom management, creating a positive and structured learning environment.
4. Adapt to different classroom settings and age groups, offering support in Primary or Secondary schools as required.
5. Help with administrative tasks, including preparing materials and marking work.

1. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related role.
