What’s in it for you? This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Operations Team Leader to join an international recruitment service provider based in Birmingham City Centre. This role is hybrid, with a salary starting from 36K+ on a 12-month FTC with amazing benefits and agile working.
Responsibilities: This role is responsible for ensuring the business services and operations are effective, efficient, and support the growth of the company both internationally and in the UK. You will manage a team that deals with compliance for the company, delegating and monitoring the team’s performance and workload, and providing development where necessary.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, working within either an operations or recruitment team leader position in a professional services or HR environment, and experience in reviewing processes and identifying potential areas for improvement.
