We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced SEND Teacher to join our team on a full-time temporary basis in Morpeth. What We Are Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in teaching SEND students
* Strong classroom management and organizational skills
* A patient, adaptable, and empathetic teaching approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of various SEND strategies and experience in tailoring lessons to meet individual learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess lessons tailored to the individual needs of SEND students
* Implement strategies to support students in reaching their full potential
* Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student
* Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages student engagement
* Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback to ensure ongoing development
