About the Role:
They are seeking their first Marketing Manager hire to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our partners marketing strategies. Tasks will include creating compelling marketing assets, managing their social media presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement. You will also oversee day-to-day interactions with the PR and creative agencies, ensuring that all campaigns and projects remain on track and meet their objectives.

Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for the social media and email marketing strategy and execution.
* Content creation (with potential support from a designer if required) and calendar management.
* Responsibility for client playbooks and pitch decks (materials used for engaging new clients and supporting the onboarding process).
* Management of CRM workflows.
* Day to day contact for PR agency, ensuring work is efficiently trafficked through.
* Work with a production company to deliver marketing assets including video and still photography.
* Website performance monitoring and updating.
* Competitive and market mapping and analysis.
* Manage and track production budgets.
* Small event management - drinks, lunches etc for clients and prospective clients.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
* PREFERABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL: Worked with financial services brands and/or startups, ideally from an agency.
* Skills in developing and maintaining a strong brand presence, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
* Experience in tracking and managing marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
* Innovative mindset for generating new ideas and approaches to marketing challenges.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and external agencies.
