Client Experience and Website Project Manager
Location: Hybrid – Remote with two days a week in Central London
Salary: £32,000 base, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to £45,000

About the Role

As the Client Relationship and Website Project Manager, you’ll oversee every stage of website creation and delivery, acting as a trusted guide for clients throughout the process. From content uploads to quality checks, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, exceeds expectations, and meets rigorous standards.
This role combines project management, client interaction, and technical understanding in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. You’ll be working with clients who value professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring their goals are realised with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage website delivery projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are delighted with the outcome.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the website build phase, providing clear communication and reassurance.
3. Conduct thorough quality control checks on website content and functionality before and after launch.
4. Collaborate with design and development teams to address any issues or refine project workflows.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of workflows and implement improvements to optimise delivery processes.
6. Oversee billing for website updates and projects, liaising with the accounts team to ensure accuracy.
7. Represent the company at industry events in the UK.
8. Communicate professionally via phone and video calls to maintain excellent client relationships.
What You’ll Need
This role is ideal for someone with experience in project coordination within a digital or creative environment who is looking for a client-focused position.
Essential Experience
1. At least 3 years’ experience in project coordination or management, preferably within a creative or digital agency.
2. Strong client interaction skills with a proven ability to manage expectations and build positive relationships.
3. Demonstrated attention to detail and quality assurance in previous roles, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
4. Exceptional time and task management skills, with experience handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
2. A meticulous eye for detail, with experience proofreading and ensuring content accuracy.
3. An ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and approachable way.
4. Familiarity with website design principles, WordPress, and basic Adobe Photoshop skills.
5. Positive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to take initiative and manage challenges confidently.
