Walker Catering Supplies are a Nottingham based supplier of catering equipment to the licensed and catering trades. We are seeking a service co-ordinator to join our equipment maintenance department.
This role will involve processing repair jobs, organising our service engineers, ordering parts, completing job sheets and paperwork, and liaising with customers over the phone. As we are a small family company, the successful applicant will also be involved with other office duties, including handling incoming telephone enquiries and orders, typing quotes, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
We are not seeking a general office worker; experience of co-ordinating a service team and some engineering knowledge is required. You will also need to be a self-motivated, diligent individual, with strong personal skills and a passion for customer service. Any involvement in the commercial catering equipment sector would be of extra benefit.
Full time hours 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Attractive package offered for the right candidate.
