The role includes leading a team of warehouse associates, ensuring product quality, maintaining inventory control, and supporting the night operations manager in implementing operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse associates, ensuring that all team members are trained, engaged, and meeting performance targets.
* Order Fulfilment: Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and the dispatch of fresh produce orders to meet customer demand and deadlines.
* Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring proper storage of products, and minimizing waste or spoilage. Assist in stock counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
