My client is one of the largest new build developers in the UK. They are currently on a recruitment drive and are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team for the region that surrounds Milton Keynes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate stability in their employment profile and will be able to deliver excellent customer service both on the phone and face to face. Although new homes experience isn't essential, it is desirable. However, essential experience needed to be considered for this role includes: employment stability, at least 2 years of sales experience, and the ability to work in a KPI-driven environment.
Day to Day Duties:
1. Responding to enquiries made on the website or via external portals.
2. Booking customers in to view the development and following up after the appointment.
3. Selling through on all off-plan units.
4. Conducting viewings on site and showcasing the development surroundings.
5. Negotiating deals.
6. Closing sales.
7. Ensuring good housekeeping of the development in general.
8. Maintaining communication with the customer from reservation until their completion date.
9. Conducting a snagging list prior to handover.
