JKS Restaurants are seeking a Guest Relations Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. The Position As Guest Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless experience. You will be responsible for managing booking experiences and creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects the unique charm of our venues. Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience Management: Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for guests from initial enquiry to confirmation Oversee the reservations system, guest comms and manage bookings efficiently to maximise capacity Personally engage with guests, addressing any concerns or special requests to enhance their experience Maintain and establish long lasting relationships with new and existing guests VIP Guest Relations: Manage VIP contacts with direct booking access to the group Utilise industry and concierge contacts, ensuring there is a consistent pipeline of guests Proactively develop and maintain relationships with VIP guests and regular patrons Implement personalised services for VIPs, ensuring they receive exceptional treatment during their visits and their presence is known by service teams Feedback and Improvement: Actively seek and analyse guest feedback to identify areas for improvement Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure a cohesive and synchronised operation Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote special events and maintain a positive public image Assist the Events team with potential business development opportunities External networking; representing JKS at key networking events such as Golden Keys Administrative Tasks: Manage reservations, guest lists, and seating arrangements Prepare reports on guest feedback, reservations, and other relevant metrics Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting Previous experience with VIP guests (preferred) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities A passion for delivering exceptional customer service Knowledge of reservation systems and hospitality software Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required Benefits & Culture Our team is the most important part of our business, translating our passion for genuine hospitality to our guests every day.
